TRISH JENNINGS ULLRICH
After receiving her BA from Northwestern University, Trish moved to Chicago and began her commercial real estate career working as a Tenant Representative in the financial district of Chicago. After four years of experience in Chicago, she moved to Milwaukee and continued her real estate career working for the Polacheck Company as both a Tenant and Landlord Rep for six years.
Trish’s next step was to work for Chicago-baed real estate firm Miglin-Beitler as the Leasing Director for the 411 E. Wisconsin Avenue building and Property/Leasing Director of the Brown Deer Business Park.
While working for Miglin-Beitler Trish received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She retired from Miglin-Beitler in 1999 to lease and manage a portfolio of office properties she owns personally.

MAGGIE JENNINGS BEACH
Maggie is a CPA and CFP®. Based out of Naperville, Illinois, her firm specializes in retirement planning with a special emphasis on tax planning for real estate investors and landlords. In 2017, she co-founded New Vision Wealth Management to provide strategic planning for real estate investors and business owners, and in 2020 she founded NexJenn CPA to provide a holistic planning experience for her clients.
Maggie oversees the financial and accounting functions at NexJenn Real Estate and enjoys learning more about the real estate industry. Maggie is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the XY Planning Network.
In her spare time, Maggie and her husband oversee a monthly homeless shelter. She loves to bike and travel and is an aspiring photographer. Maggie and her husband of 30 years have three awesome kids.
